We sincerely believe that you must go through it thoroughly, understand and clarify the doubts, before registering with us. It is to be done at the onset of the professional relationship. It is in everybody's interest and vitally important for the tutor(s) and the parent(s) .

The management of oeducatos.com reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification.
The foregoing is subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the courts in Gaya, Bihar, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute that may arise out of the use of this site. Please proceed only if you accept all the conditions enumerated herein above, out of your free will and consent.

Eligibility and Conduct:

Important Notes:
- Independent Tutors: Tutor(s)are independent service providers, not oeducators.com employees.
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for your interactions with others and any background checks you choose to conduct.
Taking Responsibility:
You're fully responsible for your interactions with each tutor (Tutor(s)and parents), both online and offline. Be kind and careful!
Tutor(s):
- There is Rs 100 + 18% GST registration charge.
- Tutor(s) has to go through a 2-days demonstration process on each lead at home tuition.
- Tutor(s) can leave only after teaching the entire session but if for any reason they have to leave the tuition then it is mandatory to inform the parents and the bureau 15 days in advance.
- A Tutor acknowledges that he is not an employee of oeducatos.com and accepts full responsibility for all Income Tax and other liabilities payable in relation to any fees generated from a tuition contract. We do not issue any experience certificate to our registered members.
- oeducatos.com is not responsible for any misbehaviour of Tutor(s)on Students or Students on Tutors. Both students and tutors, especially female students/Tutor(s)are advised to ensure safety before entering the tutoring contract with the other party. oeducatos.com is not liable for loss of any kind whatsoever.
- Qualifications and Legality: You must be at least 18 years old with the necessary qualifications to teach the subjects you list.
- Independent Contractor: You are not an employee of OEducatos. You are responsible for taxes and fees related to your tutoring income. We do not issue work experience certificates.
- Public Profile: Your profile information is publicly visible, including potential search engine results.
- Liability: You are responsible for all information you publish on the platform.
- Accurate Information: Always provide accurate and current information about yourself, including qualifications, experience, and contact details (excluding personal email and phone numbers).
- Verification: Be prepared to show proof of qualifications to students or parents upon request.
- No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee you will secure a student or earn specific fees. The number of inquiries depends on your profile and responsiveness.
- Communication: Respond to inquiries promptly for best results. We are not responsible if students' contact information is outdated or unresponsive.
- Content Verification: We verify listings to the best of our ability, but students may not disclose all information.
- Fees: You are responsible for setting and clearly communicating your rates.
- Direct Payments: You and students can verify addresses before exchanging payments directly. Oeducators.com is not responsible for these transactions.
- Respectful Feedback: Respond to student feedback respectfully and avoid negativity.
- Dispute Resolution: We are not involved in disputes between patents and tutors.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanour as expected in a Tutor(s)-student relationship.
- Account Suspension: Oeducators.com can suspend or terminate your account anytime, for any reason.
Students:
- Accurate Information: Always provide accurate and current information about yourself when registering.
- The first two months' payment will be made by parents to the bureau in advance at starting of each month.
- If parents want to remove the Tutor(s)for any reason after the completion of demonstration then it is mandatory for them to inform the tutor and the bureau 15 days in advance and have to pay full money to the bureau.
- Parents acknowledge that it is his/her responsibility to verify the credentials, qualifications, identity, personality etc. of any Tutor while entering into tuition contract.
- Parents can ask to verify Tutor's address and residential details before making any direct payments between them.
- oeducatos.com is not responsible for any misbehaviour of Tutor(s)on Students or Students on Tutors. Both students and tutors, especially female students/Tutor(s)are advised to ensure safety before entering the tutoring contract with the other party. oeducatos.com is not liable for loss of any kind whatsoever.
- Detailed Requirements: Include as much detail as possible in your tuition requests for better responses.
- Direct Payments: Verify details before exchanging payments directly with tutors.
- Independent Tutors: Remember, Tutor(s)are not Oeducators.com employees. Verify their qualifications before hiring.
- Respectful Reviews: Leave constructive feedback about tutors' teaching skills, using caution and appropriate language.
- Dispute Resolution: We don't intervene in student-tutor disputes.
- Professional Conduct: Behave respectfully as a student, following expected student behaviour.
- Informed Decisions: Carefully choose Tutor(s)and avoid unforeseen situations. We are not responsible for any resulting issues, including injury or harassment.
- Account Suspension: oeducators.com can suspend or terminate your account anytime, for any reason.
